It is with great sadness that we are now closed as a result of the COVID-19 crisis in direct response to the Government’s instruction and our ongoing duty to protect the health and the wellbeing of our customers and staff.

We appreciate that customers who have made a booking with us will need further guidance on what to do and we have detailed this advice below.

Existing bookings


Existing bookings up to Tuesday 30th June 2020
If you have booked direct with us over the phone or via our website, any payment made to us will now be placed on hold for a period of 12-months for you to use on a future stay.  

Please contact us to re-book at such time as the UK Government guidance deems appropriate and it is safe to resume normal travel arrangements.  Should the safety measures continue for longer than anticipated or Government advice exceeds the 12-month holding period we will extend the period to meet with these guidelines

If you have booked through Booking.com or Expedia the same terms apply however please CONTACT THEM to amend your booking dates.


Existing bookings from Wednesday 1st July 2020
All bookings from 1st July 2020 onwards will remain as they are. You do not need to contact us. If the situation changes and we are instructed to remain closed for a longer period, we will of course be in touch at the appropriate time.


We appreciate the understanding and support you have offered during this challenging time and continue to be hugely grateful for your custom and especially for the many kind words we have received from guests at what is a difficult time for everyone.  We hope you, your family and friends remain safe and well as we all work together to get through this worrying time.

In the meantime, we would like to thank you all for your valued and very much appreciated support and loyalty.
