We wanted to let you know that there have been some changes to our opening days and how we operate in order to protect you and to ensure that you feel safe at all times. Until further notice the hotel will open for guests stays from Wednesday to Saturday inclusive to enable us to provide you with the best possible experience.

ENHANCED HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
We would like to welcome you to The Eltermere Inn with the reassurance that the safety and well being of our guests and staff is always our priority. You can rest assured that we’ll be going above and beyond the strict government guidelines.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING GUARANTEE
If you fall ill or you live in an area where local restrictions have been imposed due to a COVID-19 outbreak and need to cancel your visit we will move your booking to a more appropriate time or extend your reservation for 12-months from the date of booking provided we are notified at least 48-hours prior to your stay. All reservations can be easily moved to an alternative date with our flexible booking policy. This applies to all stays. Usual terms and conditions apply.
BEST RATE GUARANTEE
You’ll always find our very best rates when you book direct online. With our Best Rate Guarantee and you also have additional direct booking extras such as Bathrobes and Bottled Water in your room so there’s no need to waste time looking anywhere else. We can assure you of the very best rates every time you book. In the very unlikely event that the price you find on our website is higher than that of any other online, we will automatically match this price.
What to do:
If you find a price lower on a third party website that is bookable online, within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed with us we will match the price and throw in some complimentary extras such as a lovely Cream Tea during your stay, Fluffy Bath Robes & Bottled Water for your room. Simply take a screen shot of the page and send it to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and contact details.
*The screen shot must include the following information: Hotel name/Website operator/Start and end dates of stay/Price, type of accommodation and terms and conditions of the booking/It must be available to be booked on the dates requested
You can check live availability and process your bookings on-line. All the individual room features are detailed to assist you in making your choices. Please use the notes field to advise us of any specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
**Please note we are currently closed after lunch service on Sunday until Wednesday lunchtime.
Our restaurant will offer food service from Wednesday – Sunday lunch. Due to current restrictions we are no longer accepting on-line table reservations for evening service and will be restricting table numbers to comply with physical distancing measures. Unfortunately, this means we may not be able to honour table reservations previously made. Please call our reception team to check availability.
Table bookings for lunch and afternoon tea will need to be made in advance and seating times adhered to with a maximum of 6 guests per table in line with current guidance.
